Dr. Tyler Rushforth, DO
With a focus on patient care and education, Dr. Tyler Rushforth is the owner and physician at Rushforth Family Care.
A graduate of Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine (2019), Dr. Rushforth has a passion for rural medicine. He took pride in his work serving those at Cahaba Medical Center during his residency and upon completion, received multiple awards, including resident teacher award and humanism in medicine award.
